AI-Based Companions

At Culture For Causes Network, our mission is to foster meaningful connections between people and culture through responsible and creative uses of technology. In this spirit, we’ve developed two AI-Based Companions designed for museums and cultural institutions. Xenia, named after the Greek goddess of hospitality, helps visitors prepare their visit by offering practical information and contextual insights directly on the museum’s website — using only data curated and controlled by the institution. Muse Companion, on the other hand, enhances the on-site experience by gamifying the visit, encouraging observation, curiosity, and learning through interactive dialogues and visual quests. Both tools are designed to be lightweight, privacy-friendly, and fully customizable by each museum.

We are now looking for committed museums to join our beta testing phase. Participation is free and non-commercial: it’s an opportunity to explore, learn, and help shape a responsible and inspiring use of AI in the cultural field.

Personas

Discover Métis, our innovative service that brings your audiences to life. Designed for museums and cultural institutions, Métis lets you not only create realistic, data-driven visitor profiles, but also talk directly with them through artificial intelligence. Each persona speaks in its own voice, sharing motivations, barriers, and expectations, offering a vivid, nuanced understanding of your audiences. By turning research into an interactive experience, Metis becomes a strategic tool to design cultural offers that are more relevant, engaging, and truly human-centered.

Consulting

Culture For Causes Network supports cultural organizations in their digital transformation through a human-centered and strategic approach to technology. Building on its experience with UNESCO and a global network of institutions, C4C helps museums, libraries, and foundations integrate artificial intelligence in an ethical and sustainable way — from practice audits and staff training to the design of tailored AI tools (assistants, internal charters, enhanced mediation systems, etc.). These actions aim to strengthen the digital capacities of the cultural sector while preserving its core values.
