The CULTURA public conference center organized, as part of #MuseumWeek and the #WomenInCulture movement, a public talk at the Academy of Fine Arts Museum. The discussion, led by artists and art critics, was structured in three parts — the woman curator, the woman artist, the woman researcher — to shed light on the cultural life of St. Petersburg at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, current trends, and feminism in contemporary Russian art. 80 attendees, free admission.

As part of the 'Semana de Museus,' the National Museum of the Republic hosted the Women's Quintet of the National Theater Symphony Orchestra for a free concert in the main exhibition hall. The all-female string quintet performed a program dedicated to the women present in the audience.

First Open Days dedicated to women, Museum of Civilizations
On the occasion of the 6th edition of MuseumWeek, the Musée des Civilisations de Côte d’Ivoire launched, in collaboration with INSAAC, its first Open Days dedicated to women, on the theme “Women in Culture: Past, Present, and Future.” More than 200 women participated, in the presence of the Ambassador of Spain and representatives from the Ministries of Culture, Women, and Handicrafts. The museum announced its intention to include prominent female figures of the country in its collections.
